The best way to protect that investment is our Refund Guarantee Protection or RGP for short. Here’s everything you need to know:   

What is RGP?

Refund Guarantee Protection acts as a safety net, allowing you to cancel your trip for any reason up until 120 hours prior to your team’s departure date and be refunded 100% of the land package trip – paying only for the RGP itself and the cost of airfare, as airlines dictate cancellation fees.

Why do I need it?

Things happen and unexpected circumstances can pop up at any time. RGP protects you from the twists and turns of life, giving you the assurance that your investment is covered. No red tape, no complicated cancellation policy, no fine print. Just hassle-free peace of mind for you and your team.

What does it cost?

RGP is an additional 10% of each traveler’s land package (the price of the trip minus airfare). If a traveler needs to cancel their reservation for any reason up to 120 hours before departure, RGP has them covered – refunding the entire cost of the trip less airfare, the cost of the RGP itself and any NSF/late fees.

When do I get it?

At booking, each traveler will have a decision to make, alongside his or her roommates. RGP must be accepted or declined when a traveler books the trip and must be a unanimous decision by each traveler occupying the room. If RGP is declined at booking and a traveler decides to cancel, then the passenger will be charged the standard cancellation penalties as outlined in the terms in conditions. These penalties increase the closer you get to your travel day – without RGP your trip will be in full penalty 60 days prior to travel.
