KSA Events
Who we are
KSA Events is a youth sporting event company based out of Orlando, Florida. Our mission is to provide high school athletic programs of all sizes and competition levels with an opportunity to further develop and demonstrate the educational aspects of sports. We provide competition from many states across the US and provinces throughout Canada. Your athletes will gain exposure to world-class sports facilities and learn team bonding that only an experience like this can provide.
We at KSA Events pride ourselves on offering a college like experience to high school athletes. We look forward to working with you to provide this once in a lifetime opportunity to your team.

We Offer
Team Travel
Everything from flights, hotels, competition and team activities. We plan out individualized itineraries for exactly what your team needs.
Sanctioned High School Competition
All competitions are sanctioned by the National Federation of High School Sports. Teams are matched up based on school size, season records and rankings on max preps to ensure the most competitive match-ups possible.
Help Every Step Of The Way
KSA Events will help with every step of the trip planning process. From school board approval, parent meetings, fundraising, travel logistics and on-site coordination, KSA will be by your side throughout the entire process.

Flexible Itinerary Planning
From sight seeing, restaurants, attractions to other venues, we plan every aspect of your trip.
KSA Representatives On Site
Our representatives will be on-site with you for all scheduled activities, at events and at the hotel to take care of everything you may need.
Transportation
Your transportation is all included in the package. That includes airport transfers to the resort, shuttles to fields, transportation to all events and attractions. Getting around couldn't be easier!
Chaperone Bookings
Do you have parents and chaperones that would like to travel on the trip? We can work directly with them so you can focus on your team. We can customize flights or hotel adjustments and earn credits for their travel. You will not have to do any of the work.
One Stop Shop
Package are customizable. They can include meals, on site hotels and attractions such as Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure Theme Parks, The Volcano Bay Water Park, Sea World, Aquatica, Kennedy Space Center and much more. Transportation, registration fees and other customizable components are available to make your experience unique for your team. No need to call around, we take the leg work out of planning the entire trip.
Airfare
We work directly with the airlines to plan your trip. We are constantly researching rates even after flights are agreed upon to find you the most cost efficient travel options.
Tag-Along Program
This program is unique to KSA Events. This allows for parents, family and friends to travel with the team and make their reservations and payments through KSA Events. You will never have to deal with Tag-Along questions and your team receives credit for their participation.
Chaperone and Coaches Credits
KSA Events packages offer teams the opportunity to earn free trips for coaches, chaperones and staff. You will earn a free trip for every 20 passengers. That includes fans, coaches, athletes and more.
Payment Plans and Individual Billing Options
We offer easy installment payment plans to accompany your fundraising dates. We offer the individual player registration where parents can pay directly for a player who is fundraising part of the trip but paying the balance themselves.
